The Crimean human rights organization Qırım Gayesi (Crimean Idea) announced the termination of its activities on Facebook due to the persecution of the Crimean Tatar human rights activist Abdureshit Dzhepparov by the occupants.
This decision was made due to the fact that the Russian security forces accuse Dzhepparov of administering their page, but emphasize that he has nothing to do with its activities.
According to human rights activists, on the eve of the trial against Dzhepparov, their Facebook page will be completely deleted so as not to serve as a convenient tool for his persecution.
