The Ministry for Reintegration answered questions of concern to Ukrainian citizens who left the temporarily occupied territories.
If you are an adult citizen of Ukraine who lived in the temporarily occupied territory and did not receive a passport of a citizen of Ukraine, you can do this in the territory controlled by Ukraine. To do this, you should contact any division of the State Migration Service of Ukraine.
As a rule, the procedure for obtaining a passport lasts from two months. For this period, assistance is provided to Ukrainian citizens who have left the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
The Ministry of Reintegration for the period of paperwork provides a place in places of compact residence and consulting assistance.
If you are abroad or in the temporarily occupied territory and require accommodation in places of compact residence for the period of paperwork, we recommend that you contact the Ministry of Reintegration to apply.

The Red Cross Society of Ukraine provides assistance to persons in places of compact residence:
– food packages
– provision of life:
– sleeping sets;
– personal hygiene items;
– kitchen sets.

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees also provides gratuitous assistance to:
– legal advice and support;
– covering the costs of preparing documents;
– Covering the costs of legal support.
Accompaniment in obtaining assistance is carried out through the Charitable Foundation “Right to Protection”
