A resident of the village of Velyka Kardashynka, Kherson region, Hennadii Lasynskyy, was detained and is currently in pre-trial detention center 2. This was reported by the Crimean Human Rights Group.
According to preliminary information, the man is accused of violating Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, namely Illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation, transfer or carrying of large-caliber firearms.
Lasynskyy was arrested in October 2022 and taken to the pre-trial detention center 2. At that time, in addition to him, there were 110 more Ukrainians kidnapped from the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions. Lawyers cannot get to clients, because people are kept in this pre-trial detention center without criminal grounds.
