A 29-year-old resident of the Nyzhniohirsk district was found guilty of discrediting with the Russian Federation because of a photograph in a T-shirt with Ukrainian symbols.
The man posted the photo on his personal blog.
“Thus, the offender expressed his disagreement with the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation regarding the conduct of a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine and committed public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, support international peace and security . within the framework of the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine”,- the court noted.
According to the court decision, he must pay a fine of 35 thousand rubles.
