CTRC started the work of the strategic forum “The Future of Crimea”

On Friday, March 3, the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, with the support of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in Ukraine, launched the Future of Crimea strategic forum, which is taking place in Transcarpathia!

The event is attended by experienced experts in the field of ecology, jurisprudence, political science, public administration and administration, journalism, etc.

On the first day, Iryna Starovytska, Project Manager of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in Ukraine, told the participants of the Freedom Camp about the activities and areas of work of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in Ukraine.

The forum participants began their work on the Future Search methodology, in which they work to identify the most significant problems and challenges in Crimea, to discuss current trends and obstacles, and to analyze the situation on the peninsula and the situation in Crimea in Ukrainian society.

The result of the strategic forum The Future of Crimea will be the formation of a common vision for the future of Crimea and recommendations for public authorities responsible for this direction.

“The strategic forum “The Future of Crimea” is attended by 7 doctors of sciences in the geographical, political, economic, public administration spheres, as well as judges, bailiffs, educators, environmentalists who are not just interested in Crimean issues, but who lived on the peninsula and worked over its development even before the occupation”,- emphasized Eskender Barieev, Head of the Board of the CTRC.
