The expert added that this is a signal to the Ukrainian authorities to intensify actions to release/exchange political prisoners of the Kremlin, in particular with the involvement of foreign and international institutions. Otherwise it will not be the last death. Moreover, today in Russian places of captivity there are 7 political prisoners over 60 years old.
