Ukrainians are able to liberate Crimea in the spring – US General

November 6, 2022

The former commander of US forces in Europe and retired Army General Ben Hodges on the YouTube channel Feygin Live said that the Ukrainians are capable of liberating Crimea in the spring.

“I believe that the Ukrainian troops will drive the occupying Russian troops to the February 23 line within two months. And they will liberate Crimea by the summer of 2023. This will happen on the condition that the United States will continue to support Ukraine, and all sanctions against Russia will remain in force”,- he said.

The general believes that all the escalation that we are seeing now, including attacks by kamikaze drones and missiles, is only designed to prolong the conflict. By dragging out the conflict, the Russians want to convince allies, including the United States, to persuade Ukraine to make concessions.
