In fact, it was Russia that started the war, and it was Russia that violated the territorial integrity of Ukraine, and NATO intentions became just a fictional pretext for the invasion.
Interestingly, until now, Russian propaganda has been saying that NATO is forcibly pulling Ukraine in to build a network of bases near the borders with Russia. But now, it seems, in the information field of the aggressor state, they are urgently trying to come up with explanations why Ukraine has not yet been taken into the the Alliance.
