“Today (November 1 – ed.) the Russian Federation launched another conscription campaign in the illegally occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol to recruit Crimean residents into the armed forces of the Russian Federation”,- the report said.
It should be noted that this campaign began immediately after the mobilization announced by Russia on September 21, within which an unreasonable emphasis was placed on the mobilization of the inhabitants of Crimea.
