A citizen of Spain, volunteer Garcia Calatayud, who was kidnapped by the occupants six months ago, is being held together with the mayor of Hola Prystan, Oleksandr Babych, in the Simferopol pre-trial detention center. This was reported by journalist Andrii Sokov.
According to the journalist, on September 23, a man called him on the phone and, on the rights of anonymity, said that he had been in a pre-trial detention center for 20 days together with the city mayor of Hola Prystan, Oleksandr Babych. He also said that at the beginning of the detention they were subjected to physical force, now they are being interrogated with a polygraph. The conditions of detention are more or less acceptable.
Also, this man said that representatives of the Russian special services were holding a volunteer from Kherson, Mario Garcia Calatayud, in the same cell with Oleksanr Babych.
