The Russian occupiers are planning to bring police officers from the occupied Crimea to the territory of the new temporarily occupied territories of Kherson, Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions.
These police officers will dress in Ukrainian uniforms and thus demonstrate to the local population that the local Ukrainian police is cooperating with the occupation regime.
They want to mislead the territorial communities.
