Occupants sentenced Jehovah’s Witness to two years of suspended sentence

On Wednesday, February 16, the so-called Kerch City Court sentenced 32-year-old Artem Shablii to 2 years of suspended sentence due to participation in the Jehovah’s Witnesses religious organization banned in Russia. This was reported by the Crimean Human Rights Group.

It is noted that Judge of the so-called Kerch City Court Irina Altanets handed down a suspended sentence of 2 years with a probationary period of 3 years in relation to Jehovah's Witness Artem Shablii.

We remind you that on May 26, Russian security forces searched at least 4 houses of Crimeans in Kerch, suspected of participating in the Jehovah's Witnesses religious organization banned in Russia. As a result, one believer was detained, and a criminal case was initiated against him.
