Russian security forces conducted more searches in Crimea

On Wednesday, February 9, Russian security forces came to the homes of four Crimean Tatars: Ansar Osmanov, Ametkhan Abdulvapov, Marlen Mustafaiev and Ernest Seitosmanov. All activists have already been detained. It was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.

Searches were carried out at:

Ansar Osmanov (Bakhchysarai District, Tankove village)

Ametkhan Abdulvapov (Simferopol)

Marlen Mustafaiev (Bilohirsk)

Ernest Seitosmanov (Sevastopol).

The activists were detained. All men took part in public initiatives and information campaigns in support of Crimean political prisoners. Ernest Seitosmanov is the brother of political prisoner Enver Seitosmanov, who was sentenced to 17 years in a strict regime colony. His house was searched for the fourth time in a row.
