A judge at the Southern District Military Court ruled to remove political prisoner Yashar Shykhametov from the courtroom. He was charged with disturbing the order. It was reported by the Crimean solidarity public association.

“At the beginning of the court session, the defendant Yashar Shykhametov immediately told the court that he refused to participate in the process until the appeal reviewed the extension of his arrest in the pre-trial detention center. The man also challenged the composition of the court and the prosecutor. Judge Aleksei Magomadov did not react in any way to the defendant's remarks, after which he began to knock on the walls of the so-called aquarium. The presiding judge decided to take the man out of the hall before the end of today's court session”,- the statement said.
