The Third Court of Appeal in Sochi upheld the sentence of Ukrainian Konstantin Shiringa , who was previously sentenced to 12 years in prison for allegedly spying for Kyiv (Article 276 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
We remind you that on April 15, 2020, Russian security forces detained alleged members of the Ukrainian reconnaissance and sabotage group, which allegedly included Russian serviceman Tatiana Kuzmenko and a Ukrainian citizen Konstantin Shiringa .
