On Monday, December 20, another illegal military exercise took place in the occupied Crimea. The Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation tested artillery systems with firing as part of state tests of the ship before it was included in the combat composition. This was reported by the press service of the Black Sea Fleet.
“At the exit to sea, the ship's crew, together with the manufacturer's commissioning team, fired from artillery mounts in the normal mode, as well as at maximum angles of rotation and ascent at sea, coastal and air targets”,- the message said.
We remind you that that military exercises, propaganda of military service and conscription into the ranks of the armed forces of the Russian Federation are regularly held in the occupied Crimea. The Russian military exercises are destroying the ecosystem of the peninsula and are a flagrant violation of international law.
Earlier, NATO in its statement on Crimea condemned Russia's ongoing large-scale military build-up in Crimea and expressed concern over Russia's efforts and announced plans to further build up military power in the Black Sea region.
