November 12, 2021

The spouse of lawyer Edem Semedliaiev, who was previously found guilty under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, was filed with an administrative protocol for violating the parking rules near the building of the so-called Central District Court of Simferopol. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.

It is noted that Elvina Semedliaieva came to the so-called Central District Court to represent the interests of her husband, but was faced with the fact that tow trucks drove up to her car. She was issued an administrative protocol under Article 12.19 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Violation of the rules for stopping or parking vehicles).

We remind you that on November 11, the so-called Central District Court of Simferopol found lawyer Edem Semedliaiev guilty of an offense under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer). He was arrested for 12 days and fined 4 000 rubles.
