Part of the water area of the Sevastopol Bay was transferred to the use of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for 20 years. Such a decree, signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, appeared on September 10 on the official Internet portal of the Russian Federation.
“To provide the Russian Ministry of Defense for 20 years for separate water use a part of the Sevastopol Bay of the Black Sea to ensure the country's defense and state security”,- the government decree said.
