We remind that earlier, the so-called head of the occupied Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, made changes to the current decree of March 17, 2020, extending the coronavirus restrictions on the peninsula until October. However, according to the changes made, the restrictions will not apply to the Tavryda.ART festival, as well as a number of other mass events.

On the other hand, the art cluster is going to hold events with the participation of up to six thousand people freely and without problems. The locals are really worried because guests from different parts of Russia and even other countries will come there. It is clear that Putin needs to demonstrate that various international forums are held on the territory of Crimea”,- Bariiev said.
