The whereabouts of Eldar Mensitov, chairman of the Molodizhne Local Mejlis and member of the Simferopol Regional Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People, who was taken away from his house by the Russian security forces at night, remains unknown. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.

“A former member of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, 51-year-old Eldar Mensitov with the 3rd disability group, detained after a search in Molodizhne of Simferopol region, does not get in touch, there is no information about him. Lawyer Refat Yunus sent appeals to the Crimean FSB, the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Crimea and the Russian Federation in order to establish his whereabouts”,- the message said.

We remind you that on the night of September 8, in the occupied Crimea, in Simferopol, in the village of Molodizhne, the chairman of the Local Mejlis and a member of Simferopol Regional Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Eldar Mensitov was searched, after which he was taken to the FSB building.
