Subsequently, they were all released, the criminal cases under Article 205.6 (Failure to report a crime) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation were instituted. According to the investigation, they corresponded on the VK social network with some Umidzhon Dadadzhonov, who urged them to take part in hostilities in Iraq on the side of ISIS. Crimean Tatars did not agree with him and wrote in response that he should stop fighting and return home. All four are under recognizance not to leave.
