The so-called first vice speaker of the parliament of the occupied Crimea, Efim Fiks, reiterated that the Russian Federation would appeal to the international court of human rights because of the genocide against the Crimeans. It was reported by the Kryminform media agency.
“We are going in our direction, we sent an appeal to the Investigative Committee of Russia, investigators have already been appointed to deal with this case (the so-called water blockade of Crimea), there are already instructions for conducting examinations of the genocide of the Crimeans”,- he said.
Earlier, Efim Fiks said that the Russian authorities are asking the FSB and the Investigative Committee to open a criminal case against 12 Ukrainians because of the so-called water blockade.
