The Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea announced suspicion to the so-called judge of the occupied Crimea

The Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea reported on the suspicion to the so-called judge of the illegally created Simferopol District Court, which was involved in the criminal prosecution of one of the pro-Ukrainian activists in Crimea, Ismail Ramazanov. This was reported by the press service of the prosecutor’s office.

“The former judge of the so-called Simferopol District Court of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, after the occupation of the peninsula in 2014, having changed the oath of the judge, moved to the service of the illegally created judicial bodies of the occupying state, taking the position of the so-called judge of the Simferopol District Court of the Republic of Crimea”,- the message said.

In particular, the so-called judge illegally extended the term of detention of the activist, whom the occupation law enforcement officers illegally accused of disseminating information that incites ethnic hatred and sectarian hatred through Internet radio.
