On Tuesday, May 18, the 77th anniversary of the deportation of the Crimean Tatar people, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken condemned Russia’s abuses in the occupied Crimea. He added that the United States is already waiting for the opportunity to take part in the Crimean Platform summit.
“We condemn Russia's abuses in Crimea, especially on May 18, when we remember the 77th anniversary of the Stalinist deportation of many Crimean Tatars from their native peninsula. We look forward to taking part in the Crimean Platform summit in August”,- the Twitter message said.
