On Friday, May 7, a political prisoner, a defendant in the so-called Crimean case Oleksiy Chyrniy, left the maximum security penal colony 15 in the city of Bataysk, Rostov region, where he served a term of 7 years.

“Today he was released from the maximum security penal colony 15 in the city of Bataysk, Rostov region. Under the supervision of armed guards, he was transported to the Russian-Ukrainian border for forced deportation from the territory of Russia, not allowing Oleksiy to talk with his mother and father, who came to meet from the temporarily occupied Crimea”,- said Liudmyla Denisova.
