The so-called Kirov District Court of the occupied Crimea fined the coordinator of the Crimean Solidarity public association and public defender Mustafa Seidaliiev 1,500 rubles for failure to comply with the rules of conduct in an emergency or the threat of its occurrence. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.
“I believe that this accusation has double standards. Seidaliiev went to the picket alone, was wearing a mask and is being persecuted for that. A solitary picket is not a mass event. At the same time, events are being held in Crimea with the participation of a huge number of people and without observing quarantine security measures”,- said defender Ayder Suleymanov.
Let us remind you that earlier the officers of the Russian police came to the coordinator of the Crimean Solidarity and public defender Mustafa Seidaliev to draw up an administrative protocol against him under Article 20.6.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation because of a solitary picket. The so-called court of the occupied Crimea returned this protocol, since it did not find corpus delicti.
