Crimean Tatar activists have begun collecting 10-ruble coins to pay a fine for political prisoner Enver Topchi, who was accused of “not reporting”. We have already managed to collect 8 thousand rubles. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.

We remind that on August 31, Russian security forces conducted mass searches in the houses of the Crimean Tatars in the Nyzhniohirsk and Sovietskyi districts of Crimea, as well as in the city of Sudak. As a result, four people were detained. Subsequently, Enver Topchi, Ayder Abliakimov, Ridvan Umerov and Ayder Kadyrov were released on recognizance not to leave. They are charged with Article 205.6 of the Criminal Code of Russia (failure to report a crime).

On March 25, the so-called Sovietsk District Court in the occupied Crimea announced the sentence to political prisoner Enver Topchi. The judge sentenced the man to a fine of 40 thousand rubles.
