Political prisoner Andrey Kolomiets , who was sentenced to 10 years in prison in the occupied Crimea, was placed in a cell with strict conditions of detention. He will stay there for 10 days. This is reported by the spouse via her Facebook page.

It is noted that the reason for placement in the a cell with strict conditions of detention is being late from work.

We remind that a resident of the Kyiv region,  Andrey Kolomiets  , was detained on the territory of Kabardino-Balkaria in May 2015 on suspicion of drug possession. After the arrest, the Ukrainian was brought to Crimea and accused of attempted murder of two Crimean Berkut members. According to the prosecution and the lawyer, only two black-and-white photographs of the allegedly burnt uniforms of these Berkut members are only evidence. In June 2016, Ukrainian activist  Andrey Kolomiets   was sentenced to 10 years in prison in a strict regime colony. The court sentenced him to 6 years for allegedly attacking Berkut servicemen in Kyiv during the events on the Maidan, and another 4 years for drugs allegedly found in his possession.
