On Wednesday, December 30, the Central District Court of Simferopol terminated the proceedings on the so-called case of civil journalist Vilen Temerianov, who was detained by the invaders on December 28. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.
“When studying the materials of the case, it was clear how the police officers, the people who draw up administrative protocols, are trying to show that our client is the organizer of some utopian rally or mass event, which did not actually take place. Therefore, there is no corpus delicti in the materials of the case. neither we, nor the judge saw the defense”,- said the activist Server Cholakchyk.
We remind you on December 28, Russian police officers in the occupied Crimea forcibly took civil journalist Vilen Temerianov to the police station. He is accused of organizing a mass event, as evidenced by the report of the so-called police.
