The Russian FSB department for Crimea claims that they detained two Crimeans suspected of making weapons and ammunition. 3 pistols and main parts of weapons were confiscated from residents of Yalta. The press service of the department reported about this.
It is noted that the residents of Yalta organized an underground workshop at their place of residence for the alteration and restoration of weapons. After the arrest, they were confiscated “3 pistols, the main parts of the weapon, cartridges, gunpowder, homemade tools for the manufacture of weapons and ammunition.”
“According to the results of an expert study, these items are self-loading firearms suitable for shooting. The organizers of the underground workshop have given confessions”,- the statement said.
A criminal case was initiated against the men under Part 2 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
