The occupants did not see any violations in the actions of the security officials who detained the activists on the Crimean bridge

The traffic police of the occupied Crimea did not find any irregularities in the actions of the security officials who detained the activists on the night of November 2–3, who were on their way to the announcement of the verdict to the defendants in the so-called Hizb ut-Tahrir case. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity media agency.

Activist Seidamet Seitablaiev complained about the actions of the security forces. He called the police station on duty to inform him of what he believed to be unfounded detention.

“According to the results of the audit, it was established that the employees of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Crimea acted within the competence established by the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses and the Administrative Regulations for the execution by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of the state function of exercising Federal state supervision over compliance by road users with the requirements of the Legislation of the Russian Federation in the field road safety, approved by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia dated 23.08.2017 No. 664”,- the response claimed.
