In the occupied Crimea, in Yalta, a local journalist is accused of petty hooliganism, he criticized the so-called deputy head of the city administration Stanislav Shaportov. The man faces a fine or arrest for up to 15 days. This was reported by the journalist himself via his Facebook page.

The journalist noted that the so-called court accuses him of petty hooliganism, namely, resorting to obscenities while referring to the so-called deputy head of the Yalta administration Shaportov.

“It turns out that it is enough to make a statement to the police, bringing three false witnesses, and any person will face up to 15 days of administrative arrest under Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation. Is this a new way of fighting objective journalists? Yes, I criticized Shaportov a lot for poor supervision by the department of municipal control. Well, let's defend ourselves and fight for the truth in court!”,- the message says.
