Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Serhii Kryvonos said in an interview with the Apostrophe Live media agency that there are several facilities in the occupied Crimea that the Russian Federation can use to store nuclear weapons. And this creates a great danger both for Europe and directly for Ukraine.

Kryvonos noted that back in Soviet times, there were several facilities in Crimea that were used to store nuclear weapons.

“It was in these storage facilities that tactical weapons were stored, as well as operational and operational-strategic. Therefore, the deployment of even tactical weapons on the territory of the Republic of Crimea, which allows them to be used in a narrow component, creates a great danger both for Europe and for us directly”,- he explained.
