On Tuesday, November 10, in the occupied Crimea, Imam Ablyakim Haliiev was fined 5,000 rubles for “carrying out illegal missionary activities.” This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.

“There have been 4 court hearings against Imam Haliiev. The judge found him guilty and issued a fine of 5,000 rubles. We strongly disagree with this decision and will appeal. Lawyer Emil Kurbedinov petitioned to view the video, which the prosecutor's office used as the main evidence. Together with the judge we looked through it today and did not see anything illegal there”,- said lawyer Seyran Kamilov.

We remind that on April 29, in the occupied Crimea, Imam Dilyaver Khalilov was fined 30 thousand rubles for “organizing an unauthorized meeting”, namely, holding a collective Friday prayer, obligatory for Muslims, in the Mosque.
