The legal environment of the occupied Crimea: CTRC invites to participate in the Crimean discussion club

On Friday, November 13 at 17:00, the Crimean Tatar Resource Center with the support of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in Ukraine will hold the 16th session of the Crimean Discussion Club. The webinar on the topic “Legal Environment of the Occupied Crimea” will be held via the Zoom platform (registration link below) and via the Crimean Tatar Resource Center Facebook page. We invite you to actively participate!

We invite everyone to participate in the webinar as part of the 16th session of the Crimean Discussion Club. 1. International obligations of the Russian Federation regarding Crimea in the legal sphere.

2. Legal mechanisms of the occupation power and human rights.

3. Punitive mechanisms of the Russian Federation in Crimea.

4. Fiscal and management mechanisms of the RF in Crimea.

5. Private legal relations and the occupational regulatory regime
