The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine plans to submit for consideration by the UN General Assembly drafts of strengthened resolutions on Crimea: on the human rights situation in Crimea and on the militarization of the region. First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Emine Dzheppar announced this via her Facebook page.
Dzheppar noted that the Foreign Ministry is now working on including the issue of the “Situation in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine” on the agenda of the 75th session of the General Assembly for the third time in a row.
“In addition, we plan to submit for consideration by the General Assembly drafts of strengthened resolutions on Crimea. This is the fifth resolution on the human rights situation in Crimea and the third on the militarization of the region”,- the message said.
