Minister for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov met with the Metropolitan of the Crimean Diocese of the OCU Klyment, during which he stressed that Ukraine would raise the issue with the international community about strengthening sanctions against those involved in the persecution of the OCU. The press service of the department reported about this.
“Russia has illegally appropriated and is disposing of the property of the Crimean community of the OCU in the occupied Ukrainian Crimea, continues to shamelessly violate the norms of international law. Such actions cannot go unpunished. In addition to national sanctions, Ukraine will raise the issue of strengthening sanctions against individuals involved in the persecution of the OCU on the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea in cooperation with international partners”,- Reznikov stressed.
