The Permanent Mission of Russia to the UN stated that Ukraine violates the rights of Crimeans to water and freedom of movement by not supplying water to the territory of the occupied peninsula and stopping the work of the checkpoint between the Kherson region and the occupied Crimea.
“In words, they worry about the observance of the rights of Crimeans, in fact, the Kyiv authorities violate their rights, including water and freedom of movement, continuing the water blockade of the peninsula and closing the checkpoint on the border with Crimea”,- the message says.
