The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia returned Ukraine a note of protest on the holding a military parade in the occupied Crimea

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia returned to Ukraine without consideration a note of protest on the holding of a naval parade in the occupied Crimea on the occasion of the Day of the Russian Navy. This is reported by the Russian state news agency TASS.

“We saw this statement of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry. The mentioned note was officially  sent at our address, we, in accordance with the established practice, returned it to the Ukrainian side without consideration,” the diplomatic department says.

Recall that on July 24, a naval parade of units of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation was held in the occupied Crimea on the occasion of the Day of the Russian Navy. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine condemned these actions and sent a corresponding note of protest to the Russian department.
