Statements of Ukrainian politicians regarding Crimea will entail punishment according to the laws of the Russian Federation – Volodin

Chairman of the Russian State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin said that after the entry into force of the law on equating calls for the alienation of the territory of the Russian Federation with extremism, the statements of Ukrainian politicians regarding Crimea will entail punishment. This was reported by the Russian news agency TASS.

“Be it Ukraine or the Baltic states, or the United States. They made a statement regarding Russia, regarding part of its territory – everyone falls under criminal responsibility immediately after the adoption of this law, and we have the right to demand their extradition”,- Volodin said.

The politician claims that by taking such measures, Russia is protecting its territorial integrity.
