The Ukrainian bank Raiffeisen Bank Aval on its website in the Corporate Clients section published a map of Ukraine without Crimea. However, after complaints and criticism in social networks, the bank employees apologized and immediately corrected the situation.
“We apologize for the situation that does not correspond to the official position of the bank. Now we are figuring out why this happened and we will do everything necessary to prevent this from happening in the future”,- the bank apologized.
Earlier, the ALLO chain of stores on its website in the Branch Network” section also designated Crimea separately from mainland Ukraine. However, after the complaints of the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Emine Dzheppar the situation was corrected.
