On Monday, July 6, a so-called court session was held in the so-called Supreme Court of the occupied Crimea in the case against the owner of the Crimean Tatar television channel ATR Lenur Islyamov, during which the FSB officer Anna Korotkova acted as an expert. This was reported by lawyer Alexei Ladin cia his Facebook page.
FSB expert Anna Korotkova refused to give the address of the institution within which the examination of Islyamov’s interview was conducted, and also did not disclose the methodology by which the examination was conducted.
“Refusing to give the address of the FSB institute, the expert explained that she could only name the zip code, but did not give it. My question is how this relates to the law “On State Expertise”, according to which the expert should be independent, while Korotkova explained that she is an acting FSB officer and an expert in this case. However, apparently, we didn’t interrogate the expert, who is also the FSB officer in the court, because she refused to present her passport, showing only her identity card”,- the message says.
