The US Embassy in Ukraine has expressed concern about the placement of political prisoner Ruslan Suleymanov in a psychiatric hospital. The US once again urge the Russian Federation to immediately stop human rights violations in Crimea. This was reported by the department via its Twitter page.
“We are deeply alarmed by reports that a journalist in Crimea was sent to undergo a forced forensic psychiatric examination within a month. We urge Russia to immediately stop human rights violations in Crimea and to leave Ukrainian territory”,- the statement said.
