The Crimean Tatar Ruslan Bekirov, who was detained in the village of Orlyne of the occupied Crimea, was released from the FSB dtention on his own recognizance. This was reported by lawyer Oksana Zhelezniak, according to the Crimean Solidarity public association.

“Today, the FSB investigation department interrogated Ruslan Bekirov on the basis of the criminal case instituted against him under Part 1 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. He is currently under recognizance not to leave. On Monday he was ordered to undergo investigative actions, namely phonographic and psychiatric examinations”,- said the lawyer.

It is noted that the case was opened because of the difference in the written and oral testimony that Ruslan gave at the pre-trial investigation stage and in court as a witness in the so-called criminal case of Enver Seitosmanov.
