A spouse of the so-called Bakhchisaray Hizb ut-Tahrir case defendant Marlen Asanov received a registered letter stating that the materials of her so-called administrative case had been transferred to the so-called magistrate’s judge of the court number 28 of the Bakhchisaray court district. It is reported by the Crimean Solidarity public initiative.
It is noted that Aishe Asanova, “having left the courtroom in the corridor, after declaring a break in the court session, where she was as a listener, and sitting on the visitors' seat in the court corridor, communicated with the defendant Asanov, who is her husband, through the poster.” She showed a piece of A4 paper with the words “I need you like the air.”
“At the weekend I received a registered letter from the justice of the peace of the Voroshilovsky judicial district of Rostov-on-Don, Elena Pomazkova. It informs me that the administrative case materials were transferred to the magistrate of the judicial district number 28 of the Bakhchisaray judicial district. When the administrative protocol was drawn up, me and my lawyer Olexii Ladin protested against it. I do not admit guilt. Moreover, we requested a bailiff for the court session, who drew up the protocol”,- commented Aishe Asanova.
