“Mustafayev was taken to the trial with a fever and a cold. In the morning, the doctors in the pre-trial detention center measured his temperature. It was 37.6 and they sent him here. Now, he may have a higher temperature. He’s feeling bad and while waiting for the trial, he is lying. And Ametov has the same symptoms, not very good for him. They called an ambulance now to help everyone”, – commented Ladin.

According to him, at least two other individuals involved in the so-called second Bakhchisaray Hizb ut-Tahrir case have been suffering from SARS in an isolation ward for two weeks without any qualified medical assistance.

It is noted that earlier this year, on March 2, 2020, Seyran Saliiev came to the court session in a medical mask. He also claimed to be unwell. On March 3, political prisoners Server Mustafayev  and Seyran Saliiev petitioned to postpone the trial for several days and call an ambulance because of poor health, but Judge Zubairov rejected both motions.
