Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Liudmyla Denisova appealed to the Russian Ombudswoman Tatiana Moskalkova with a request to urgently take measures to establish the whereabouts of Ukrainian citizens: Dilyaver Ibraimov and Rustem Ismailov. The Ukrainian Ombudswoman announced this via her Facebook page.
“I just received information about a new search and the detention by the Russian security forces of the Crimean Tatar Dilyaver Ibraimov in the city of Dzhankoy. In addition, the whereabouts of an illegally convicted citizen of Ukraine Rustem Ismailov, who was previously held in the pre-trial detention center of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Rostov Region, is also unknown”,- the message claimed.
