On Thursday, October 17, a judge from Donetsk region, Petyusheva Nana Nikolaevna, during a Supreme “court” hearing in the occupied Crimea issued an unlawful decision to Dilyaver Gafarov, who is accused of participating in an illegal armed group and whose defense’s appeal motion was rejected. Petyusheva Nana Nikolaevna, these actions violate the IV Geneva Convention and Ukrainian legislation.
Dilyaver Gafarov’s appeal motion was overviewed by “judge” Petyusheva Nana Nikolaevna from Gorlovka, Donetsk region, who is currently wanted by the Security Service of Ukraine.
Having violated the oath of the judge and Ukrainian legislation, Petyusheva Nana Nikolaevna switched to the side of the occupant after the annexation of Crimea. In this connection, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (state treason).
Previously, on October 30, following the search in his household, Dilyaver Gafarov was detained on suspicion of a crime committed under Part 2 of Art. 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Participation in an illegal armed formation, and participation in an illegal armed formation on the territory of a foreign state for purposes contrary to the interests of the Russian Federation." On August 28, the Kirov district “court” of Crimea (“judge” Ihor Degtyarev) sentenced Dilyaver Gafarov to 10 years in prison.
