On the morning of May 26, 2014, Timur Shaimardanov left home and did not return. Where he disappeared and under what circumstances is unknown, there are no witnesses. The whereabouts of the activist, member of the public initiative Ukrainian People’s House has been unknown for 9 years.
On the fact of the disappearance, criminal cases were opened, both in the occupied Crimea and in mainland Ukraine, but so far the investigation has not brought any results.

We remind you that Timur Shaimardanov was a member of the public initiative Ukrainian People’s House. On the morning of May 26, 2014, he left home and did not return. According to his wife, Timur intended to go to the bank. At 10:15 he called his mother, then immediately to his father, exchanged a few words about the elections and about something insignificant and said that he should not call him in the near future – he would be busy with something important. After that, he no longer got in touch and his whereabouts are unknown to relatives and friends. Where he disappeared and under what circumstances is unknown, there are no witnesses.

The so-called Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Crimea opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).
