Ukrainian woman accused of discrediting the Russian army

A woman, originally from western Ukraine and living in Crimea, was found guilty of discrediting the occupying army and ordered to pay 30,000 rubles. This was reported by the press service of the Chornomorske district court.

The woman is accused of violating Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

According to the pro-Russian blogger-informer Talipov, the woman’s name is Kateryna Pavlenko. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, she has been expressing her position on the Russian war against Ukraine, recognizing Russia as the aggressor.
